9. Dispute Resolution

If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of your initial contact, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Ontario, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site and Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Site, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Service will immediately cease.
